Constant Crashing on one savegame - Log inside!

First time posting here so my apologies if it's not the right format or already in Git my non-technical brain cannot understand

 

I have a save game that I cannot build on because it crashes everytime I try to build.

I'm having the exact same problem. Whenever I open the savegame, within a few moments the game crashes. Not with an error message, but just "not responding". I've attached the savegame here, anybody any idea?

@J. Taylor I have tried your save and can reproduce the problem. I will investigate further when I have the time.
