HookerHeels
So I've been secretly working on a new park, but ended up wiping what I had done because I just didn't like it. But I've started again, and I felt like sharing. Very, very much a WIP, and most things will be changed. giraty
Nice highway I should say! You spend nearly 2 hours on it alone. Could you tell/send me the object files for the road, and lamps file? I have a need for it Edited December 18, 2017 by giraty Link to comment

HookerHeels
Small update: Started work on the entrance. Got a couple ideas floating around in my head, we'll see what looks good with what. I think I need to move the pillars to be centered in the 2x1 space, fences and whatnot don't look right when one side has a large space, and the other is flush. Redid the highway and added moving cars. Edited December 19, 2017 by RedScope53 1 Link to comment

HookerHeels
Been working on the entrance area a little bit. Trying to choose the right path for the main entry, not sure how I like the tiles, but regular asphalt is so bland >_< I'm going to try and make natural looking walls throughout the park as much as I can. 1 Link to comment
HookerHeels
Updatess. Made two rides, and one flat ride. The coaster isn't decorated yet, but the Haunted Mansion is mostly complete. Close up of the inside. 1 Link to comment
saxman1089
Okay, this is looking like it has a ton of promise, so I'm going to get picky if you don't mind. A few things that I think you can do to really bring this to the next level: - Make your foliage more natural. For the pine forests in particular, add another type of pine tree, and then add a deciduous tree every so often. If you can, add some 2x1 or 2x2 custom trees into the mix as well. - Your entrance is very grey. I am glad you removed the tan and orange I would expand the planters you have around the trees to make the grey less prominent. I am not sure if you are using invisible path and scenery path blocks or actual tarmac path, but try adding some other path types in for contrast. Some more brick path might do wonders. - The two portions of trees underneath the monorail directly in front of the park entrance sign should be thinned out. Right now it looks like you have a wall of trees under the monorail and it will be difficult for guests to get through. This is looking like a great start to a park, keep it up! =) Link to comment

I'm definitely going to go back and work on the forests, for sure. Yeah, the HP path (orange and tan) was way too much. And most of its actual path, with a few path blocks for curves and spots that pathing didn't work. I'm actually going for a concrete look with colour splashed in, which as you know can be hard to get the results we want with RCT2 lol Yeah, I was thinking about those and how I need to do something, but not that. Thanks 1 Link to comment
HookerHeels
Little update: Been working on the park a little. Large gap between posts, but I get burned out on RCT2 very quickly lol Been working on the parks first coaster. The rating isn't horrible either. Its a jungle/dino themed ride, which I'm probably going to make the surrounding areas the same. I'm not sure how I feel about the yellow walls around the little pond (or the pond itself tbh,) so I might come back and redo that area. Link to comment
