Chopkinsca
I just started up Thunder Rock and tried placing a food stall near the entrance and it tells me it is too low. I can't say when this started happening. This is on the latest dev build, but I remember seeing this quite a few days ago in Lightening Peak. Let me know if you need to know more. Edit: this happens with every ride/stall that I tried. Scenery and paths get placed just fine. Edited August 7, 2017 by Chopkinsca Link to comment
imlegos
You can't build ride stations (Flats and stalls count) on the lowest layer possible. This does seem to be rather interesting as this was not present in RCT1 (Infact, it was the sole reason Micro Park worked like it did) 1 Link to comment

giraty
Just press shift button while placing, and you can still put it there at -6 height. 1 Link to comment
Chopkinsca
A little late, this has been fixed yesterday in the dev builds Link to comment
