How do I enable the cheat menu in rct2?

I have the steam version  of rct2, and the latest build of openrct2 but I do not see the cheats option.  I love having the unlimited money.

Ctrl+Alt+C will open the cheats menu. Alternatively, in the options, you can enable the cheats button (golden shovel) in the top toolbar (in the same place where you can enable the mute, research and finance buttons). Clicking that opens the same cheat menu. I prefer the latter method because holding the golden shovel in the top toolbar gives you access to hacks such as zero clearance.
