Sloped fences/walls

Is there a way to get a sloped fence/wall in the game. I'm making a park but really need it for some paths that go up/down, I'm using a custom path that doesn't have any railings when the path goes up/down, so I'm trying to find a wall or fence that slopes.

Build it, then use the tile inspector to raise one side of it.

Old techniques involve changing the landscape so that one corner is 2 units higher than the opposite corner, then build the fence on the higher part and lower the lower corner of the terrain.

Pretty much every object in the fences tab can do this, as well as a few others (all glass walls can do this, surprisingly)
