Content Store items don't appear?

Hi there, i decided to fix a previous problem i had with a CD error, but now the items from the store just don't appear, i've tried to install both the RCT2 expanded content pack and the Total Sandbox Content, but neither show up in my game (I am running TTP)

I'm guessing that you moved your game out of Program Files?

I reinstalled the game to my desktop.
