Easy way to make diagonal fences?

I've been using diagonal fences for scenery a lot and my method is very cumbersome where i have to turn on zc and raise a single slanted to where i want the fence, and then lower the ground. Is there an easier way I don't know about?

An easier way will be implemented in the tile inspector. Currently, using terrain is the only way to do it.

Note: diagonal is not the same as slanted. For diagonal fences you'll need a new piece of scenery.
