Mouse is trapped in Upper left Corner

Hi just downloaded OpenRCT2. After setting everything up I changed some settings. 

I changed the window to full screen and "Catch mouse in window".

Now when I restart openRCT2 my mouse is stuck in a small area in the upper left corner and I can't reach any elements of the menu to change the settings back. I already tried to find the config.ini File but I was unable.

I have a MacBook Pro M3.

Open Finder. Click the `Go` menu and hold `Alt`. `Library` will appear, navigate to it, then Application Support -> OpenRCT2. There you can modify config.ini.
