Kusy Posted April 22 Posted April 22 Hi everyone. I was wondering how would one go about replacing graphics? What's needed to edit the preexisting art from RCT2? For example, I wanted to start with editing some of the terrains. Is it possible to unpack and repack object data files or something?

JoshuaJacobs Posted May 9 Posted May 9 (edited) Hey! There are multiple ways of doing so. I would allways recomend to use a 3d software to create new graphics. If you have experience in 3d or are willing to put the time into it: great! (This is the place to start https://github.com/oli414/Blender-RCT-Graphics) If not, you are left with using an image editor. A single terrain-surface consists of about a hundred different images for every angle and option. That is naturally quite labour intesive. Feel free to follow up based on that!
