Have to search computer files to load parks & save custom track designs

I recently had some problems with my openrct2 not finding my rct1 files after openrct2 crashed, I got that figured out. Now when I want to load a saved game or save a custom track design rather than the blue saved game box or the automatic saving of custom track designs, my laptop will now pop up my file explorer box and I have to manually go though my files until I reach the save file or custom tracks file to do the actions I want. 

If you know what I have to do to fix this please reply.

That sounds like somewhere along the line the box to open your file explorer has been checked. It's an option in the "Options" stuff. I don't specifically remember where though, sorry.

The game gives you the option of using the in-game file manager or your operating systems file explorer.
