Experimental Lighting Effects

Not a "problem", "bug", or "Issue" but you can call it "Feedback". 

I have noticed that the lighting works, even if it does dramatically reduce frame rates. BUT, lights DO NOT come on at all underground. 

That's shops, stalls, rides, or paths. If you're underground, you're in the dark .... always.
