Not a "problem", "bug", or "Issue" but you can call it "Feedback".  :)

I have noticed that the lighting works, even if it does dramatically reduce frame rates. BUT, lights DO NOT come on at all underground.  :)

That's shops, stalls, rides, or paths. If you're underground, you're in the dark .... always.  :)
