Requesting Better Zoom-out & Scale Factor Hotkeys

Sorry if this has already been discussed before, or if this is the wrong place to post this (I'm new here)

My question is regarding the new "Scale Factor" feature... I usually keep my Scale Factor around 1.75 as it looks best on my screen size, but sometimes I like to switch to 1.5 or 2.0

Update: Ohhh I just found the edit hotkey option, but I still think it would be nice to have Scaling on my mouse wheel instead of the keyboard... Is there anyway to swap Scale Factor to use the mouse wheel, and Zoom-out can use the keyboard hotkeys??

the problem with Zoom-out is its too far or too small, even one click of Zoom-out is too much, so I do not like using the Zoom-out and I'd rather just use the Scale Factor as it works much better (IMO) 

Or how about improving the zoom, so if 0 zoom = default and 1 zoom = too far... then we should have a 0.5 zoom option

Does anybody actually Zoom-out x3?? seems pointless
