Can you still create your own title sequence?

This definetely was a feature in older releases of OpenRCT2. I made a title sequence back then, which I still use to this day. However, when I wanted to make a new one I found that this was no longer an option in my current version (0.4.5). Is there perhaps a new way to make one now? The "Edit Title Sequences..." button is gone from the options menu. Did they remove this, to be added again in later versions, or am I missing something?
