Renew/Refurbish Ride button

I'm coming back to the game and reinstalling it on my laptop.  Last time I played OPEN RCT2.  There was a way to update your rides without having to tear it down and rebuild it over again.  Now I can't find that button anywhere.   Please help!!

It's in the maintenance tab of a ride and looks like the build button. If that doesn't help, please include a screenshot of where you get stuck and make sure you're on version v0.4.x or later.
