Not seeing any of the cheats in my download of OpenRCT2

I downloaded the game off this website. I own RCT2: Triple Thrill Pack on Steam. I open the game after install and I see on the home page that it says OpenRCT2, but I go into a scenario and I don't see any of the features. The only shovel I see is the one that allows me to move land. What do I do?

Go to options and enable the cheats top toolbar button. You can also open the cheat window directly be tapping Ctrl-C. OpenRCT2 settings default to optimal scenario play (what RCT(2) was originally designed for), hence cheats are disabled by default.
