unable to use the tile inspector

i was trying to use the tile inspector in open rct2 and in the tutorial I saw they had something I didn't have in my console

mine looks like this       theirs look like this    

 

i want to know what i have to do to get the tile inspector if anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated

You need to enable the cheat menu in the options.
