Which scenery/themeing does track use?

There are some tracks that always say "design includes scenery which is unavailable" no matter which park I'm playing in. Is there debug option in game that tells you which themeing (RCT, not custom) track uses?

The closest you can get is using the Track Designs Manager, which will draw a preview of the ride including its scenery. But you'd have to determine what scenery it uses by eye.
