How do I make the golden shovel appear?

I know you can ctrl-alt-c, but I'd like to use the golden shovel. It doesn't appear on my toolbar, though, and I can't find out how to make it appear. hElp

Go to the options window, select the tab with the gears, and under "Show toolbar buttons for" select "Cheats".
