Bug with Brake Speed Track Pieces

Every time I load a previous game file, every single brake piece in the park is defaulted to 0 mph. This bug seems to be affecting all brake pieces regardless of the roller coaster type. Needless to say, this causes tremendous problems as all coasters need to be edited before they crash.
