How do I put downloaded scenarios in the game?

in the screenshot  you can see the files I get when I download Openrct2.

I'm not really into computers but I want to use my downloaded scenarios! 

can someone help me how to use those scenarios?

These are just the files to run OpenRCT2. If you use the launcher, you don't have to worry about these files. On first launch, a folder will be created in your Documents called OpenRCT2. In there is a folder called "save" and "scenario" (or if they're not, create them manually), where you can put the downloaded scenarios.
