Enter Button Numpad (Rotate not working)

When I updated to v0.12 build 4c30656 the enter button on the numpad stopped working when trying to rotate map. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong?

Win 8.1 Enterprise 64bit

I was able to reproduce this on Windows 7 and same build (0.1.2-20, BTW). However I don't know if this worked on previous versions, as I use the regular enter key to rotate.

Make sure the numberpad isnt off

Check the shortcut keys if something has changed

Not sure if the update has anything todo with it, try the stable version to make sure it doesnt
