Game Crashes on Startup

For some reason my game crashes right away, it just opens a black screen and it says not responding. I tried reinstalling the game files and used steam files and another source but they both dont work. Different versions of the launcher don't work as well. I am on win10, the game runs fine on my mac... please help

Open the game from console (open the bin/openrct2.com file) and check the output. You may want to add the --verbose flag if nothing is being logged.

I tried opening from console but it wouldn't log anything, after 3 tries the game opened to a blank title screen (the parks were not shown) and I couldn't open any parks because I got a very long list of missing/corrupted files, which doesn't make sense because I can open the base game in steam using the same files
