Guests not entering launched freefall

I have a launched freefall and my guests are queuing on the queue line but not entering the ride.

Can you check the status of the vehicle? If it's 'moving to end of station' guests can't enter yet. Make sure you only have one vehicle on the ride.

If that doesn't help, please post the version of the game (main menu, lower left corner) and tell us what other things you did to get into this situation.
