No clipping for scenery?

Is there any mods for removing clipping with scenery? Either completely, or just allowing you to build on the same block as a ride or something. I find myself having to build outside walls sometimes, which you know makes those weird looking walls.

 

That, or has anyone made welders / any good scenery item for hiding the exposed corners?

Some clipping issues you can fix with the tile inspector by reordering the scenery objects, but most sprite clipping issues are unavoidable.
