CD Install error?

I want to install a sandbox scenario from the content store, but it says I need to install the game somewhere other than program files. Why the f**k can't it just add the scenario to the program files directory?

It's a odd glitch, i get it too, you should be able to download it seperately though then play it by running it with 'openrct2.exe'

I can't because of the way windows works with read and write rights. You don't have access to the folder to write (only to read) without elevating permissions, something which isn't possible in the way we deliver our application.So the only solution is to uninstall and re-install RCT2 in a folder which is not Program Files. For example, the gog installer, does it in C:\GOG Games\RollerCoaster Tycoon 2 Triple Thrill Pack which is perfect for both the gog installer (which this way doesn't need permissions to install) and for our launcher (because we can save your downloaded stuff)@imlegos playing works, his problem exists in downloading content from the content center.

Can't you download the content from the site and not the launcher though?

(This is more about the Total Sandbox item) Where do items from the store install? i installed the Total Sandbox, but can't seem to locate it, so where is it?

When things are installed via the launcher they are put into the folder that they would be put in when manually installing.
