Scenery Walls placed on store tiles

It would be fantastic to be able to place walls and such on the same tile space as stores (and other restricted objects) in order to create a more flush building look when it comes time to make the roof.

Click and hold the golden shovel in the top left. Click "Disable clearance checks"
