Cannot Install Content via Launcher

Basically I can't install content by opening it with the launcher. It gives me the message "Sorry, but it seems you have a CD based install of the game. To use this, you are going to need to install your game somewhere other than program files."I figured I should move the game files to another location, so I did. Now, I get a message telling me that access to the path where the file was originally installed (the one in Program Files) is denied. Here are the messages I received: http://imgur.com/a/rWgq4I am able to install content by changing the file to a .zip and moving the files to their required location, but I'd rather not have to do that for every piece of content I want to add to the game. Any help with this is greatly appreciated.

That's not how you move it away from Program Files. You need to completely reinstall the game because of registry files it (hopefully) links to.
