Error when trying to connect to servers

Whenever I try to connect to a server, it gives me an error message. Reinstalling has not fixed the problem. It has occurred on both random public servers and a friend's server.

The server you're trying to connect to is not running the same version of the game as you are. The green lights to the right of the server list indicate which servers are compatible with your version of the game. It looks like you're running the latest version and the server you're trying to connect to is using a slightly older one.
