im trying to play online but the server im trying to access  si running 4.4 . can someone link it to me? i cant find it.

There are some servers with different server/client communication, this is indicated by a different server/network version to prevent undifined behaviour (interpretation of data is different). If you can't access it with both the stable and development build, it's hosted in a custom build (not an official build from the website) and for testing purposes only. The game might recieve an update sometime to include the new communication protocols.
