  1. I have encountered a major bug. Whenever I load any game, ALL rides break down within the first 10 seconds. I have never encountered this issue before and I would appreciate it if this were fixed.
  2. Oh, I never knew about the Ctrl function. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll have to try sometime. Oh yea, what is the roadmap? It seems very intriguing and I am very keen to use it I know about the inversions, but what if I am trying to make a recreation of the Smiler? That has 14 inversions and is VERY exciting but in RCT2 it seems as though it isn't. I have a rollercoaster with over 20 (yes, it is inspired by The Smiler). If it were to be transferred into NoLimits properly and made smooth and G-Force safe, I would TOTALLY ride it and I'm sure other people would too. What I'm trying to get at here is that, the number of inversions that effect intensity should be raised (for the reasons I have stated earlier).
  3. I have a TON of ideas that may really enhance gameplay. 1) Have a way of making it easier to build scenery at high altitudes 2) Having a program that makes it extremely easy to create custom scenery. 3) Remove limitations (I know this will not be done until full domcompilation). 4) Maybe having the abiiity to create custom ride elements 5) Fireworks display (like RCT3) 6) POV of rides (this could prove to be extremely difficult though). 7) Custom peeps 8) Having a path creation system like ThemeParkStudio (again, this could prove insanely difficult) 9) Program that makes it easier to create custom trains. 10) Like in RCT3, have an extended rollercoaster (where one track type has every possible element). 11) Make a 'Queue Time' sign so that peeps know how long the queue is before they join. That way they may be less likely to leave. 12) The ability to save scenry objects (like in RCT3). 13) The ability to select objects that are on the map and cop-y and paste them to a custom location. (Could be interlinked with the previous suggestion). 14) Make it so that guests do not go on a high nauseating ride when they already feel very sick. 15)Have fast-track queues. 16) Have an extra length of queue (overflow) that automatically opens and closes depending on queue length. 17) Remove or decrease the effect that number of inversions has on intensity (which has an effect on excitement) 18) Have the ability to insert billboards (like RCT3) 19) Custom music. 20) More track elements (like larger loops, beyond vertical drops, overbanked turns etc.). 21) Different weather (like snow). 22) Swimming pools. 23) More land colors. 24) Custom error messages (like 8cars allows you to do). 25) Vertical freefall track (like on Verbolten, Th13teen) 26) Advanced supporting. (Like a window were you can pick each type of support (like A, Box (depending on what manufacturer it is from))). 27) Transport elements (not a lift but an actual transport section (wheels). 28) Launch track (like on RCT1) 30) Ability to add a texture to the track (like on nemesis in Alton Towers). 31) More stations allowed on Monorail 32) Ride triggered objects (like RCT3) Yup, this is pretty much it. I know you guys are working as hard as you can on this I have to say, great job! I love what you are doing and I know that the final product will be FAR FAR superior to the original RCT2. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to read my lengthy post and I hope you all have a great day!

  5. Okay, glad to see they are fixing it. What is the actual cause?
  6. Yup, just when I tried to move the entrance like you advised me too, the game crashed. Went back to Autosave, attempted to overwrite my existing file, the error came up. Now I believe the original file is corrupt. I do still have the previous AutoSaves so I technically haven't lost my original file.
  7. Errr... I tried doing that whilst the game was paused and it kinda messed up my file, see my latest topic for details. https://openrct2.org/forums/topic/801-assertion-failure/
  8. I have loaded an autosave of my park, try to save it and no matter what, this box comes up. It also happens whenever I try to save any park. Any idea what to do?
  9. I have encountered a weird glitch involving the queue lines. I have people walking up the queue line as if it were a path. What I believe is happening (please correct me if I am wrong) is that people get tired of waiting then leave but sometimes they walk up the queue. This is a weird glitch and only happens when the queue has quite a lot of peeps. https://youtu.be/s_yhz_QHDOQ
  10. Glad to see that it isn't just me having this problem.
  11. Recently I have found one of my rides (which I have merged to go backwards multiple times) does not work anymore. As it travels backwards the brakes have suddenly decided to not work. Forwards - fine. Backwards - brakes do not work. The only thing I can do at the mo' is to tweak the ride so that it does not fly off the track. This is only a recent problem so it would be highly appreciated if this was fixed. Thanks for your time reading this.

  13. There is a problem with the diagonal slopes on the rollercoasters. I have a high speed coaster that goes down a diagonal steep slope. The problem is that the screaming only activates when it is JUST going over the crest (downwards) ; then stops. Then the scream activates at the drop pullout. I have also noticed that the diagonal gentle slopes down don't cause screaming either. If you could fix this that would be very much appreciated.
  14. I am not intending to save the track, I have many merged coasters that work successfully (I am not intending to save them). For a standard B&M twister with a steep lift I merge the B&M twister with the vertical drop coaster lift.So yea... vertical lifts will be awesome! For the screaming squirrel (or saxophone element) use this link: http://cache.rcdb.com/l6a10001k1rgr28006ejoo.jpg
  15. I am a regular player of RCT2 and when I came across OpenRCT, it was EXACTLY what I wanted.Like in 8cars, is it possible to make certain track a lift? You could use the "Alternative Colour Scheme 1" like 8 cars does and convert the track into a lift. This could help to create Vertical Lifts and lifts similar to G Force at Drayton Manor.Another idea is to have beyond 90 degree drops. (Like a Gerstlauer Euro Fighter). Is this possible, and if so, will it be after the full decomposition of the game.Another idea is to have saxaphone elements (i.e. S&S Screamin' Squirrels). There is a way of doing it but it involves using a multi-dimensional rollercoaster. My idea is to make one similar to the RCT3 Inverted WIld Mouse (if not, make the loop from normal down to inverted, smaller somehow). That is all my ideas for now; really looking forward to the finished product. Thanks for your time for reading this.Coastercrazy234.
