I figured it out. For some reason my user data was being stored in a completely different folder. I got my plugins working!

Hello, I am trying to download some plugins and when I go to my OpenRCT2 folder, the plugin folder is missing. I'm using the current version 0.4.14 and the file path that most plugins suggest is not the one I am using. Instead it looks like this C:\Program Files\OpenRCT2. I did try to change the path to the typical one but nothing changed. I am not having problems with launching OpenRCT2, just the plugins. Hopefully we can figure out what is going on! I appreciate the help!

Hello, I seem to also be having this problem, but I am trying to use the latest version 0.4.14. My path is also not the typical one as well. It goes to C:\Program Files\OpenRCT2. Any advice on troubleshooting? Thanks!
