This is kind of a testcenter park to go nuts with wild coaster-designs.
First there's a Bob-Coaster that I bulid that consists mostly of Helixes: 1) get the most speed out if it, that is possible (for me at least, not for the allmighty Marcel Vos) andΒ
2) of course to terrorize guests.π But I didn't expect it to have that decent stats...π
But I am still not sorry for the guests...πAnd a fast Wooden-Coaster that I wished would have had better stats...π

Hi to all,
I wanted to share a park I recently started on Evergreen Gardens. My first idea was to fuse ancient greek/roman style with the japanese theme but then I realized that there is no japanese theme in Evergreen Gardens...π so I went full on with the greek/roman style.Β
For this park I had two more or less guidelines in mind:
First, naming most the rollercoasters (and some other rides) after ancient women or female mythologic entities from the greek/roman period. And second, for I am a botanist in real life, place the trees (more or less) on the terrain were they would normally grow. I also changed the river and the mountains a bit to fit them for my needs. As you can see, the park is far from finished and I am more an amateurish player I think (although I play the game since my childhoodπ ). But I still wanted to share it with you.π
Have a good day everyone, mariecurryπPS: I started with money but was driven more and more towards sandbox-play so I turned it off to focus completely on building, designing and decorating.π

That really helped and now all is running without problems!
And I will definitely try the launcher. Thanksπ- 1

Hi,
I'm writing here, because I can't open any scenario after updating OpenRCT2 to 0.4.4. I always get the error that 'rct2.terrain_surface.sand' could not be found or is broken. I tried to download it, like suggested in the error-window, but it doesn't help.
What is weird though is that I still can open my save-files, they work without a problem...π
Do you have any suggestions what I could try to get them to work again?
Thanks in advance, mariecurry

Thanks a lot, I could solve the problem! I used Version 0.2.6 and it seemed it have no plugin-feature. Now I downloaded the newest version 0.4.3 and everything works fine! I'm sorry, I could have come up with this thought in the first place to update my version of OpenRCT2...π
But thanks again for your help and reply!π- 1

Hi to everyone!
I'm relatively new to OpenRCT2 (but not to the game, playing it since my childhood) and wanted to add plugins. So I looked up what I had to do, downloaded the scripts and wanted to put it in the 'plugin'-folder. But...there is no 'plugin'-folder...πΒ I searched and searched, but it seems that I don't have one in the typical path: C:\Users\'username'\Documents\OpenRCT2
Then I tried to create a 'plugin-folder' and booted the game, but it didn't work. I really don't have any answer to solve this problem...
I hope someone of you can help me.
Thanks in advance, mariecurry

Β First, thanks a lot for the compliment!π
I think it's a kind of routine to get the hang of buliding hills, mountains, rivers etc. I like to use the premade settings from the scenarios to inspire me and build from that.
As you can see, the hill/mountain by the wooden-coaster is completely build by me. But for example I did it, after I made the coaster.
And as far as a forest goes: make two or three hills, take two or three tree species, place them around an area and add a few ground textures to that, and it looks instantly nicer!Β
Never stop tryingπͺ
