  1. If you end up with a negative balance (like I did) in an individual economy game, you can’t really do anything. You can delete scenery that gives you money or delete some footpath, but you can’t even open your ride or change the color of a train because that costs $0 and you don’t have $0. You can’t even demolish a ride you own because even though you would gain money for it, the operation itself costs $0.
  2. Very cool. I was hoping to find something like this the other day. Thanks for sharing!
  3. I've not had this exact issue, but when I've tried this tool in the past it simply didn't place anything (trees or other scenery items). I don't try it much, anyway though, because I usually use the scatter tool with a single tree selected.
  4. Realized I needed the latest development build for Windows to get network version 0.3.4.1-16. All is working perfectly now. https://openrct2.org/downloads/develop
  5. Nice. Ok, I must not be finding the latest version for Windows. Thanks, Josh!
  6. The window that shows you the list of servers lists your network version in the bottom right
  7. Ok thanks for testing! What network version do you have in the game?
  8. I've spun up the server in case someone wants to test their own connectivity to it. It's called "Shadyback's Test Server."
  9. Hey, peeps! If this is a repeat post, my apologies, but I've searched with no luck... I set up an Ubuntu machine in AWS last night, installed RCT2 and OpenRCT2 and got a server running. It works very well, except when trying to connect to the game server from a local Windows machine. It gives the error saying the network versions have to be the same. So, I installed the game on a local Ubuntu virtual machine and I can connect from it to my AWS game server with no issues. I installed the latest version, 0.3.4.1-16. I was going to install an older version of the Debian packages just for testing purposes, but I can't find where to actually download an older package. I did search in https://openrct2.org/downloads/releases/latest and I ran "apt search openrct2" from my terminal, but it looks like there's just the one package in the nightly repository. Is there another repo I could grab packages from? Most importantly, is it even possible to connect a Windows machine game to a server running on Linux? I can't seem to find a Linux version that matches a Windows version, but maybe I'm blind 🦇 Thanks in advanced!
