If you are using Windows, head to your My Documents\OpenRCT2 folder.

Open config.ini and search for OPENGL.

Change it to SOFTWARE.

This is the exact same thing I wanted to suggest right now!

That sign is mainly used for blocking paths, so it's really annoying to click on "no-entry" every time...

[Problems with placing custom rides]

I've exactly the same issue.

 

I've moved the files to my laptop und had the same problem, but could fix it directly in TrackDesigner. Now I've moved them back on my PC but the problem is still there.
