If you are using Windows, head to your My Documents\OpenRCT2 folder. Open config.ini and search for OPENGL. Change it to SOFTWARE.

This is the exact same thing I wanted to suggest right now! That sign is mainly used for blocking paths, so it's really annoying to click on "no-entry" every time...
