  1. I was working on a park.

I saved the park as I always do.

    I load another park.

When I loaded the other park oddly I got a "Thanks for using scenery manager" message that I got a long time ago when I first got it.

Also all my scenery saves went missing.

I then try to load the saved park again and the game crashes to the desktop with no error or crash file.

I can load all my saves just fine except this one always closes the game to the desktop.

    I attached the save.

    Please help!

I'm pretty sure this won't happen. Would change game balance or give false money readings.

Why would that matter to a single user if they want to mess around with it?

  3. Allow us to hold down the Currency rate button so we can change in game currency without have to click 7000 times to make coasters cost real amounts.  Even clicking 100 times is a pain and slow.

Also maybe an option to adjust cost of all items?  Or different rates for different items?

  4. I'm using the latest dev build.

Every time I select a pre built coaster to build the game crashes when I go to place the coaster.  I went back to last stable and the problem is gone.

Some times the error says "Track map element part not found"

Oh and 1 quick question, What does "Feature: Importing SV4 and SC4 files with rides." Do?  And how do I do it?

  5. I have looked around and could not find anything about this.

I think the Roto Drop Intensity Rating is calculated wrong (calculated by ride length, thinking its drop length).

A Roto Drop should be able to go to about 300 ft IRL.  However the game makes the ride un-rideable past a 170ft drop which is very low for a drop ride.

I have attached an image showing what I mean.

It appears the ride intensity is set thinking the 'ride length" is the "drop" length.

In the screen shot the 170ft drop ride has a ride length of 315ft and an intensity of 9.64.  That is right where you would expect a drop ride to max out 315ft.

In the screen shot the 300ft drop ride has a ride length of 561ft and an intensity of 14.44.  That is a rating I would expect from a drop ride of 561ft.

  6. All of a sudden My OpenRCT2 crashes ever time I select "save game" saving a new file does not cause this error.  I did not have this error earlier.

It is happening on the current stable and current dev builds.

I attached 1 dmp file.  It happens on any save.

UPDATE: I uninstalled OpenRCT2 and re-installed just the stable build and the problem is solved.  I guess something got messed up with the newer build.

  7. I'm using the current dev build.  I'm not sure how many builds this error goes.

In the park attached I have a path underground passing a racer roller coaster.

If you load this park in normal RCT 2 the peeps never have any problems finding the Red or Blue Racer.

If you load the save file in OpenRCT2 the peeps are lost underground just near the coaster.

I saved the file with OpenRCT2 running for a while so the peeps get lost.  You will notice that once loaded in Vanilla the find the rides no problem.

SCR1 shows the peeps stuck under ground and location of ride entrance they can't find.

SCR2 shows peeps making their way to the entrance shown.

  8. I only have the file once in the ObjData folders.  However it is also in the Data folder for some reason.

Also is it safe to cut all the files from the VirtualStore and merge them with the main game dir?

    Thanks.

A tool of some kind to "cleanup" the folders and save files would be great.

  9. While getting the files together I noticed the older file with no error was created with "export plugin objects" turned off.  The files with the error are ones with it turned on.

I created the "packed" files with vanilla RCT2 and OpenRCT2 and I get the same result with both.  So this is not a OpenRCT2 bug with creating the files.

Any idea what the issue may be?

  10. I was wondering what this error is?

    Capture.JPG

I save a new park file ever so often as I make changes.

I get this error only when loading my most recent copy of my park.  The copy I saved just about an hr sooner does not get this error.

    Thanks.
