Would be really useful to implement something like ParkDat or Dat Previewer (could see them here) in the game. These tools permits the player to edit the available scenery objects within the save file. Or maybe just remove the limitations of how many objects you can place in a single scenario.

In this issue in GitHub, Gymnasiast implied that the game has zero clearence, "That has been in the game for many months now. Make sure the cheats menu is visible and put a check in front of "Disable height checks".", but I couldn't find this "disable height checks" option in the cheats menu that he mentioned. Was he mistaken?
