New build 0.0.4 build 08dc095 broke multi window compatability

As the title states, the new build pushed out a few minutes ago took away my ability to run multiple instances of the game at the same time. Normally I have two windows up, one for each of the servers I run. 

One of my windows crashed, tried reopening it, and it only maximizes the current window I have open.

I'm not quite sure what you are talking about, it works just fine.
