birthdaybrian
Hello, I am running the latest developer's build and when people join my server, the game freezes and will not respond. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 x64. Edited January 22, 2016 by birthdaybrian Link to comment

janisozaur
Windows' libraries were broken, they were fixed in 9ada346f Link to comment

janisozaur
Release? It's been available since yesterday. Otherwise I wouldn't have known the hash. Edited January 22, 2016 by janisozaur Link to comment
birthdaybrian
If anyone wants to see the problem in the video, I have uploaded two videos. The first video is the latest build and the second is the previous build. IMG_0709[1].MOV IMG_0710[1].MOV Edited January 22, 2016 by birthdaybrian Link to comment

janisozaur
Then the build server you're using is providing broken libs. Switch to official builds from appveyor. Link to comment

birthdaybrian
The problem still occurs when I am using the latest build 8ad5827. Link to comment
janisozaur
No, it does not, you simply insist in using broken builder. Switch to official ones. Link to comment

Yep, the builds on the website are currently broken due to a change in the building process. Please download this one in the meantime: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/IntelOrca/openrct2-ject9 I'll reply on these topics when the builds on the website are working again Link to comment
birthdaybrian
Good news, the AppVeyor build fixes the issues. Although many players can't join my server because I'm thinking that they don't have the AppVeyor build instead of the site's build. Link to comment

janisozaur
It does not solve the problem, as the libraries are still broken and we have no way of getting hold of the person who manages the server, so we ended up applying a workaround on our side. It is still broken an will not let you join in some cases (server working, client broken). Link to comment
