James Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 Just installed OpenRCT2 and it's working great windowed in Windows 8.1 64bit. My only issues is that the frame rate of the game is much slower than stock RCT2 but it is identical to RCT1's frame rate. Is there any chance that the frame rate could be restored to the stock speed of RCT2, or is it a issue with windowed mode? Link to comment
RuneLaenen Posted June 21, 2015 Share Posted June 21, 2015 At the moment it isn't possible to compile a 'good' version of the new game because it has to be able to call the old game if a certain thing hasn't been rewritten yet. As soon as OpenRCT2 doesn't need the old exe anymore, it should be better :) Link to comment
