Game still in Fullscreen after selecting Window Mode

Hi There,

 

i recently got a new PC and installed openRCT. On my old device i played the game mostly in window mode. Now i wanted to switch to the window mode on the new device. But when selecting the option in the configuration, nothing happens. The Game still is in Full Screen Mode.
