If I transfer my game files between two pcs, will it cause problems?

Hey!

I use two pcs, since I travel a lot and I plan on playing OpenRCT2 on both of them. Will the constant file transfering cause any problems?? Will my files be corrupted or will this cause any bugs in the game?
