What application do you use for creating models/graphics of new rides/scenery items?

I'm wondering what applications do you use for creating models/graphics of new rides/scenery items?

I'm an architect so I always work with some 3D modelling programs (probably not those you are using for game modelling). So I'm wondering if I can help contribute new content to the OpenRCT community with the modelling stuff 😁
