I made a city, You can expand it and make 10 coaster with a minimal length of 3,937ft or 1,200m.

I'm uncertain if you used any custom scenery as in my file it's almost empty with some random buildings around the place, which seems suspicious considering it's the largest park file I have in my save map. Make sure to have export plug-in objects checked in the options under the advanced section. Also, when providing a save file add pictures alongside so people know what they are downloading and people who aren't downloading can atleast see what you made. 

Further, you might want to make this a scenario instead of a save file if you meant it as that.
