OpenRCT2 Won't launch

[B-Spec]

Installed it and I can't even get it to come up. I tried many versions and so far nothing. I am on windows 10 x86. Every time I try and open it I get this.... Would love some advice.

Do you have the base-game installed and does that work?

Try to move out the object folder (Documents\OpenRCT2\object) from the game and see if that works

Can you open up the task-manager, rightclick on OpenRct2.exe & "create dumpfile"?

I have the game installed. When I try to play it an error comes up with Unable to initialize graphics systems. I was told that by downloading this it would fix it.

Yes I can create a dumpfile.. So far nothing has worked.  This is what I am getting now. It opens the launcher and then just sits there not responding..

Can you start the vanilla game?

if able to create a dumpfile, can you upload it here? (note that you need to say the commit number you used with the game, e.g jd3l62)
