Just a tip that some of probably know but others might not is on the river rapids/oak barrel ride normally turns slowly counter clockwise. Whirlpools make the boat turn faster counter clockwise. If you place a whirlpool with in a tile or two after a left turn it will stop the ship completely then make it turn clockwise for a tile then stop turning for a tile and return to its normal counter clockwise slow turn. Placing it after a right hand turn will spin it twice as fast for 2-3 tiles then return to normal speed.
