A trainer menu with stuff like the capabilities of 8 cars per trainer, allows you to change intensity, excitement and nausea, etc would be a great feature.

Yes, when everything is decompiled, every cheat you want becomes possible.

Do you mean you will be able to create cheats by making them edit stuff like values and strings?

I don't know that, but as soon as the game is 'finished', programmers can alter anything they want, right now not all cheat can be made, but in the future everything is possible, for developers.As a player you have to hope there's a dev out there who likes to make a modification just the way you want.
