I seem to get the same assertion failure after loading the following park and letting it run for about 30 seconds. Here's the park: https://www.nedesigns.com/park/3835/sunset-lake/

Same thing happened to me out of nowhere. The resolution drop down bar is a tiny blue line, and the game looks like the vanilla version made to work with big resolution. The resolution is the same as it was, but its not displaying as that.
