I got it and everything is fixed

Ok, now it says that you must put the guest spawn inside park boundaries, where would outside your park boundaries be?

So in my recreation of Kings Island, I pretty much have the park almost done and I felt like opening it and when I did no guests would generate even if I used the large tram to spawn 250 guests. Is there any way this can be fixed?
