Nevermind. We figured this out. It was a matter of making sure that everything was perfect and jiggering a few things around

My son was trying to make a roller coaster with a merged track the way it was done in the "Git Gud at OpenRCT2 #62: Block sections on a triple launch coaster!' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hpFMS7sSKYs&t=328s However, we can't get the merge to work.
